When you submit a contact or inquiry form: first name, last name, business name, business email address, country, inquiry type, and any message content. This data is used solely to process and respond to your wholesale or business inquiry.

• → Formspree, Inc. (USA) — processes contact form submissions on our behalf and forwards them to our business inbox. Formspree operates under standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for transfers outside the EEA.
• → Google LLC (USA) — provides email infrastructure for info@gztactical.eu. Email communications are processed under Google’s Data Processing Agreement and SCCs. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties, except where required by applicable law.

We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling as defined under GDPR Art. 22.

The sale, import, possession, and carrying of knives — including automatic / OTF (out-the-front) knives — is regulated by national and local law in each EU member state. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer/retailer to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction before placing wholesale orders.

GZ Tactical operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale entity. We do not sell direct to consumers. All products are sold to licensed businesses and retailers only.

GZ Tactical makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding product suitability for any specific purpose beyond those stated below. CobraTec Knives® products are covered by CobraTec Knives LLC’s lifetime warranty; GZ Tactical supports all warranty claims as the authorized EU distributor. GZ Custom Blades and GZ Production products carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects; full terms are set out in the General Terms & Conditions (ÁSZF).

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC” / “ÁSZF”) apply to all wholesale inquiries, quotations, and supply relationships between GZ CUSTOM BLADES Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (1188 Budapest, Fenyőfa utca 1/A 4. emelet 14. ajtó; Cégjegyzékszám: 01 09 435108 — hereinafter “GZ Tactical” or “Supplier”) and its business clients (“Buyer”). These GTC apply exclusively to B2B (business-to-business) transactions. GZ Tactical does not supply products to consumers. Buyers must be registered businesses aged 18 or over and must hold all trade licenses required in their jurisdiction.

Submitting an inquiry via the website or by email does not constitute a binding order. A binding order is formed only upon GZ Tactical’s written order confirmation. Quotations are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.

All prices quoted are in EUR and exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to a confirmed order is that stated in the written order confirmation. For intra-EU B2B transactions, reverse charge VAT rules may apply; Buyers must provide a valid EU VAT number where required.

Payment is due within 8 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods: SEPA bank transfer or international wire. Overdue amounts bear statutory default interest in accordance with Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk. 6:155. §) and EU Directive 2011/7/EU on combating late payment in commercial transactions. GZ Tactical reserves the right to withhold shipment or suspend the business relationship pending settlement of overdue amounts.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery terms are EXW Budapest (Incoterms® 2020). Delivery dates provided by GZ Tactical are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon handover to the first carrier. GZ Tactical supplies only within the European Union and to countries where applicable law permits importation of the relevant products.

The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the import, export, sale, possession, and carrying of all products — including automatic, spring-loaded, and OTF (out-the-front) knives — comply with all national and local laws applicable in the Buyer’s jurisdiction. GZ Tactical makes no representation that any product is legal to import, possess, or sell in any specific jurisdiction outside Hungary. The Buyer must hold all required trade licenses, permits, and business registrations before placing any order.

CobraTec Knives® products are covered by CobraTec Knives LLC’s standard lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. As the authorized EU distributor, GZ Tactical supports all CobraTec warranty claims on behalf of its wholesale partners. GZ Custom Blades and GZ Production products carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, modification, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@gztactical.eu with proof of purchase.

GZ Tactical’s aggregate liability to the Buyer for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the products giving rise to the claim. GZ Tactical shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, loss-of-profit, or reputational damages of any kind, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

CobraTec® is a registered trademark of CobraTec Knives LLC. GZ Tactical is an independent authorized wholesale distributor and makes no ownership claim over the CobraTec® trademark. GZ Custom Blades® and GZ Tactical branding are the property of GZ CUSTOM BLADES Kft. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These GTC are governed by the laws of Hungary. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG / Bécsi Vételi Egyezmény) is excluded. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these GTC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fővárosi Törvényszék (Budapest-Capital Regional Court).

GZ Tactical reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time by publishing the updated version on this website. The GTC in force at the time of written order confirmation apply to each individual order. Continued use of GZ Tactical’s services after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
